I have been out of the office because of surgery for three weeks but stopped by to see how it was going with Kathy; Excellent, excellent, superb are not enough to describe her work! Even though her challenge was tough since she was facing a brand new customer service team where some people had been appointed to and others resented the new person in charge, she brought them together and turned them into a highly motivated team!
